SUNDAY
•A Umatilla resident at 3:48 a.m. reported a man and woman were fighting on Second Street for the past three hours.
•The Umatilla County Sheriff’s Office received a call at 5:38 a.m. from a resident on East Punkin Center Road, Hermiston: “Someone just rang door bell. Dog did not bark, [reporting party] is not going to answer door ...”
•The Umatilla County Sheriff’s Office at 4:56 p.m. received a report of a woman running a drug and prostitution operation. Dispatchers also noted the caller sounded intoxicated.
•A Stanfield man at 9:19 p.m. on East Harding Avenue reported juveniles in the area harassed him every night, he was tired of it and wanted to speak to police.
SATURDAY
•A Umatilla man awoke at about 3 a.m. to a break-in on Chukar Lane. The caller told police a man broke the glass to a window in his living room, came inside and turned on the light. The man yelled at the intruder, who bolted through the glass. The suspect was describes as about 5 feet 9 inches tall with a hat and a heavy coat.
•The Umatilla County Sheriff’s Office at 8:49 a.m. received a report of mail theft from multiple mailboxes on Pleasant View Road, Umatilla, across the street from Morrow County.
FRIDAY
•A Hermiston-area woman at 3:55 p.m. complained about a neighbor’s numerous dogs that come on her property on West Orchard Avenue, have attacked and injured her dogs and Friday killed three of her chickens.
•A Heppner-area caller at 4:36 p.m. reported the theft of two or three cords of firewood.
•An Irrigon man at a residence on Southeast Division Road at 10:45 p.m. reported a man assaulted him.
THURSDAY
•A truck hauling potatoes lost its load a little after 10 a.m. at the Gotta Stop on West Highland Avenue, Hermiston.
•A caller at 12:56 p.m. at Desert Auto, 80857 Highway 395, Hermiston, reported someone broke into a building, took all the vehicle keys and left the lot with a red 1999 Jeep Grand Cherokee.
•The Umatilla County Sheriff’s Office at 1:18 p.m. received a report of someone sleeping in a unit at Steve’s Assured Security Storage, 80886 Highway 395, Hermiston.
•A man at 4:57 p.m. told the Umatilla County Sheriff’s Office that his former employer in the Hermiston area shorted him on his pay and threatened him.
•Police at 6:09 p.m. received a report of a male yelling, causing a disturbance and claiming he had a gun in a driveway on Southeast Freels Lane, Hermiston.
WEDNESDAY
•Staff at the Irrigon Justice Court, Irrigon, at 2:12 p.m. reported receiving a bad check.
•An Echo woman at 6:41 p.m. told Stanfield police her neighbor dug up her rose bush.
•A Boardman man at 9:09 p.m. reported his wife assaulted him.
TUESDAY
•The Morrow County Sheriff’s Office at 1:32 a.m. received a report of a possible prowler outside a residence on Southeast Idaho Avenue, Irrigon.
•A caller on Whitehouse Road, Echo, told the Umatilla County Sheriff’s Office at 7:24 a.m. he read a post on Facebook about a kidnapping of a small girl in Walla Walla and may have spotted the car associated with the suspects. The sheriff’s office checked, and Walla Walla did not get any report like that. The woman said she still wanted law enforcement to check the area.
•A man at 9:23 a.m. reported people near his property on Southeast Division Road, Irrigon, were trying to dump a camp trailer. A Morrow County sheriff’s deputy found the people and gave them a warning.
•The Umatilla County Sheriff’s Office at 9:30 a.m. received a report of theft of copper wire and truck radiators from Buwalda Scrap Yard on Lauback Street, Hermiston.
•An Irrigon woman at 3:20 p.m. reported the theft of her dog. The Morrow County Sheriff’s Office responded and found the dog was at Pet Rescue Humane Society of Eastern Oregon, Hermiston, and told the dog owner to contact the city regarding licensing the dog, then contact Pet Rescue.
•A man at 7:52 p.m. on Highway 730 in Irrigon called law enforcement and said he was intoxicated, trying to get to Boardman on foot and scared for his life and wanted to go to a detox center. Oregon State Police sent a trooper from Hermiston to find the man.
•A Umatilla resident at 8:20 p.m. reported she was in a closet because her husband was intoxicated and threatened to harm her.
ARRESTS, CITATIONS
Morrow County sheriff’s deputies arrested Allison Elizabeth Ferguison, 34, for domestic violence harassment.
•Morrow County Sheriff’s Office arrested Dustin Allen Shufeldt, 42, of Irrigon, for fourth-degree assault.
•The Umatilla County Sheriff’s Office arrested Richard Mills, 61, of Hermiston for menacing and booked him into the Umatilla County Jail, Pendleton.
•Hermiston police arrested Eric Dean Fiscus, 40, of Hermiston, for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, first-degree criminal mischief (vandalism), identity theft, credit card fraud and first-degree theft.
•Hermiston police arrested Kimberly Kay Koenig, 26, of Hermiston, for first-degree burglary and second-degree theft.
•Hermiston police arrested Otoniel Espain Torres, 23, of Hermiston, on probation violation warrants and for possession of methamphetamine and resisting arrest.
•Morrow County Sheriff’s Office arrested Russell Gene Whitbeck, 55, of Irrigon, for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.
•Hermiston police arrested Kaelia Breeze Lautt, 24, of 1179 W. Joseph Ave., Hermiston, for driving under the influence of intoxicants, possession of methamphetamine and possession of heroin.
